Renovation plumbing — rough-in to fit-off
The plumbing goes in first and gets covered by tiles, so it's the one trade you can't fix cheaply later. We set out to the millimetre, work to the tiler's setout, and photograph everything before it disappears behind the wall.

Call us if
These are the ones we get every week.
If any of this sounds like your place, it's a renovations job — and we can usually tell you what's involved over the phone.
- Planning a bathroom, kitchen or laundry renovation
- Moving a toilet, vanity or shower to a new position
- A builder needs a plumber for rough-in and fit-off
- Adding a second bathroom or an ensuite
- A granny flat or extension needs new services
- A renovation someone else started needs finishing
What's included
- Bathroom rough-ins and fit-offs
- Kitchen plumbing and dishwasher points
- Laundry rough-ins and tub installation
- Tapware, shower and fixture installation
- Pipe and drainage relocations
- Coordination with builders, tilers and waterproofers
Set out once, set out right
Wastes and outlets are set to your actual chosen fixtures, not to a generic dimension — so the mixer lands centred on the tile and the shower waste sits in the fall.
Photographed before it's covered
Every rough-in is photographed with a measure in frame before the sheeting goes on. If anything ever needs opening up, nobody is guessing where the pipes run.
What it costs
Renovations are quoted fixed price from your plans, covering rough-in, fit-off and compliance. Variations are agreed in writing before they happen.
How it works
No mystery, no meter running.
Four steps, every job, whether it's a dripping tap in St Clair or a full bathroom in Glenmore Park.
You call, a plumber answers
Day, night, weekend or public holiday. You talk to the person who'll be doing the work — not a call centre reading a script.
We diagnose it properly
Camera down the drain, gauge on the gas line, meter on the element. We show you what's actually wrong before anyone talks about money.
Fixed price, then we start
You get the number in writing and you approve it. It doesn't move because the job took longer than we thought.
Cleaned up and guaranteed
Site left tidy, compliance paperwork where it applies, and workmanship backed by our guarantee.
Renovations
Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations — the questions we get asked
Do you work with builders or only homeowners?
Both. We're on renovation sites with builders, tilers and cabinet makers every week, and we also work directly with homeowners project-managing their own reno.
Can I get a fixed price for a bathroom?
Yes — once we've seen the plans or the room and know the fixtures, you get a fixed price covering rough-in, fit-off and compliance. Anything that changes mid-job is quoted and approved before we do it.
Do you handle the waterproofing?
We coordinate waterproofing with licensed waterproofers we work with regularly, and we make sure it's scheduled after rough-in and before tiling — which is where most renovation leaks are actually created.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks for a rough-in gives everyone the best run. If your builder has pulled a date forward, call us anyway — we keep capacity for existing customers.
