24/7 emergency service

Emergency plumber, Western Sydney — 24 hours

Water doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Call any hour and you'll get a licensed plumber on the phone — not a message bank — who'll talk you through shutting the water off while we're already on the way.

A plumber answers, not a call centre

You get an honest ETA from the person driving to you, and advice on the phone that can save you thousands in water damage before we even arrive.

Make it safe, then make it right

First priority is stopping the damage. Once the water's off and the site is safe, we quote the permanent repair — never a panic price while your floor is under water.

What it costs

After-hours rates apply to genuine emergencies. You'll be told exactly what that means on the phone, before we leave the depot.

How it works

No mystery, no meter running.

Four steps, every job, whether it's a dripping tap in St Clair or a full bathroom in Glenmore Park.

  1. You call, a plumber answers

Day, night, weekend or public holiday. You talk to the person who'll be doing the work — not a call centre reading a script.

  2. We diagnose it properly

Camera down the drain, gauge on the gas line, meter on the element. We show you what's actually wrong before anyone talks about money.

  3. Fixed price, then we start

You get the number in writing and you approve it. It doesn't move because the job took longer than we thought.

  4. Cleaned up and guaranteed

Site left tidy, compliance paperwork where it applies, and workmanship backed by our guarantee.

Emergency 24/7

24/7 Emergency Plumbing — the questions we get asked

What actually counts as a plumbing emergency?

Anything causing damage right now or putting someone at risk: burst pipes, water through a ceiling, sewage overflow, a gas smell, or no hot water in the middle of winter with kids in the house. If water is running and you can't stop it, that's an emergency — call us.

What should I do while I wait for you?

Turn the water off at the meter (usually at the front boundary, turn clockwise), switch power off to any affected area at the switchboard, and move belongings clear of the water. If you smell gas, don't touch any electrical switch — open windows, turn the gas off at the meter and get everyone outside. We'll walk you through all of it on the call.

How quickly can you get here?

Most Western Sydney emergency call-outs are reached within 60 minutes, day or night. If we're further out than that we'll tell you honestly so you can decide.

Do you charge more after hours?

After-hours rates apply for genuine emergencies. We tell you the call-out figure on the phone before we head out, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
