Yes. Our emergency line goes to a licensed plumber, not a message bank or an overseas call centre. You'll get an honest ETA from the person who's actually coming, and advice on shutting the water off while we're on the way.
How quickly can you get to me in Western Sydney?
Most Western Sydney call-outs are reached within 60 minutes. If we're genuinely further away than that — or already on another emergency — we'll tell you straight so you can make your own call.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold NSW plumbing licence 500011C and carry full public liability insurance on every job. Ask any plumber for their licence number before they start work — a licensed plumber will give it to you without hesitating.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
We give free estimates over the phone and free on-site quotes on most jobs. Where an after-hours emergency call-out fee applies, you'll be told the exact figure before we leave — never after we arrive.
How does your pricing work?
Fixed price, agreed before we start — not an hourly rate that grows while you watch. If the job turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the invoice at the end.

Can you replace a hot water system the same day?
Usually, yes. We carry the common gas and electric units on the van, so a like-for-like replacement is typically done within a few hours of your call. Changing system type or location takes longer, and we'll tell you that up front.
Do you do small jobs, or only big ones?
Both — no job too big or too small is how the business was built. A dripping tap gets the same care as a bathroom rough-in. If you've got a list of small jobs, book them into one visit and you only pay one call-out.
